     Henrietta Clara Marie Barclay was the daughter of Alexander Barclay.1 She married James Norton, son of Reverend Hon. James Norton and Isabella Lowndes, on 21 February 1871.1 She died on 27 June 1920.1
     From 21 February 1871, her married name became Norton.1

     Caroline Elizabeth Ainslie Norton was born in 1851 at Chertsey, Surrey, England.2 She was the daughter of Reverend Hon. James Norton and Isabella Lowndes.1 She married Charles Rankin Vickerman Longbourne on 12 September 1878 at St. George Hanover Square, London, England.1,2 She died on 18 November 1946, leaving issue.1
     From 12 September 1878, her married name became Longbourne.1

     Hon. Grace Conyers Charlotte Norton was the daughter of Hon. Fletcher Norton and Caroline Elizabeth Balmain.1 She married Sir Neil Menzies of that Ilk, 6th Bt., son of Sir Robert Menzies of that Ilk, 5th Bt. and Catherine Ochiltree, on 3 December 1816.1 She died on 3 January 1877.1
     From 3 December 1816, her married name became Menzies.1 She was granted the rank of a baron's daughter.1

     Hon. Augusta Anne Norton was the daughter of Hon. Fletcher Norton and Caroline Elizabeth Balmain.1 She married James Johnstone of Alva, son of James Raymond Johnstone of Alva and Mary Elizabeth Cholmeley, on 9 January 1846.1 She died on 21 July 1859.1
     She was granted the rank of a baron's daughter.1 From 9 January 1846, her married name became Johnstone.1

     James Johnstone of Alva was born on 4 July 1801 at Alva, Clackmannanshire, ScotlandG.2,3 He was the son of James Raymond Johnstone of Alva and Mary Elizabeth Cholmeley.2 He married, firstly, Hon. Augusta Anne Norton, daughter of Hon. Fletcher Norton and Caroline Elizabeth Balmain, on 9 January 1846.1 He married, secondly, Sarah Mary L'Estrange, daughter of Lt.-Col. Henry Peisley L'Estrange, on 5 May 1862.2 He died on 24 February 1888 at age 86.1
     He lived at Alva, Clackmannanshire, ScotlandG.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Clackmannanshire and Kinross between 1851 and 1857.2 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)2 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.)2 He lived at Hangingshaw, Selkirkshire, Scotland.2

     General Hon. Chapple Norton was born on 2 April 1746 at Grantley, Yorkshire, England.2,3 He was the son of Fletcher Norton, 1st Lord Grantley, Baron of Markenfield and Grace Chapple.1 He died on 19 March 1818 at age 71 at Wonersh, Surrey, England, unmarried.1,2
     He gained the rank of Captain in June 1763 in the 19th Foot.2 He gained the rank of Major in 1769 in the 1st Royal Foot.2 He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in 1774 in the Coldstream Guards.2 He fought in the American War of Independence.2 He gained the rank of Brevet Colonel in November 1780.2 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Guildford between 1784 and 1790.2 He gained the rank of Major-General in 1787.2 He gained the rank of Lieutenant-General in 1797.2 He gained the rank of General on 29 April 1802.2

     Hon. Grace Norton was the daughter of Fletcher Norton, 1st Lord Grantley, Baron of Markenfield and Grace Chapple.1 She married John Charles Wallop, 3rd Earl of Portsmouth, son of John Wallop, 2nd Earl of Portsmouth and Urania Fellowes, on 19 November 1799.2 She died on 15 November 1831, without issue.1
     After her marriage, Hon. Grace Norton was styled as Countess of Portsmouth on 19 November 1799. From 19 November 1799, her married name became Wallop.2
