Donegal [I., 1766] on 16 September 1945.¹ He succeeded to the title of 7th Baron Pollington of Longford, co. Longford [I., 1753] on 16 September 1945.¹ He succeeded to the title of 7th Viscount Pollington of Ferns [I., 1766] on 16 September 1945.¹ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for the North Riding, Yorkshire in 1947.¹ He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of the North Riding, Yorkshire in 1967.¹

     Josephine Bertha Emily Fletcher was the daughter of Andrew Mansel Talbot Fletcher.¹ She married John Raphael Wentworth Savile, 7th Earl of Mexborough of Lifford, son of John Henry Savile, 6th Earl of Mexborough of Lifford and Hon. Margaret Eva de Burgh Knatchbull-Hugessen, on 23 July 1930.¹ She died in 1992.¹
      From 23 July 1930, her married name became Savile.¹ As a result of her marriage, Josephine Bertha Emily Fletcher was styled as Countess of Mexborough of Longford on 16 September 1945.

     Charlotte E. Anderson is the daughter of John Anderson.¹ She married Piers Mark Thynne, son of Sheridan Ulric Thynne and Eva Clare Cardrew.¹
      Her married name became Thynne.¹

     John Anderson lived at Halesworth, Suffolk, England.¹

     Amelia Rose Thynne was born on 13 March 2008.¹ She is the daughter of Piers Mark Thynne and Charlotte E. Anderson.¹

     Captain Sir Edward Simons Ward, 2nd Bt. was born on 1 July 1882.¹ He was the son of Florence Caroline Simons.¹ He died on 21 July 1930 at age 48, unmarried, in a flying accident.¹
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.¹ He gained the rank of Captain in the service of the Grenadier Guards.¹ He fought in the First World War, where he was wounded.¹ He gained the title of 2nd Baronet Ward [U.K., 1914] in 1928.      Madeleine Burggravin de Nieulant et de Pottelsberghe was born in 1868.¹ She married Baron Paul d'Udekem d'Acoz, son of Baron Albert d'Udekem d'Acoz and Alice de Kerchove, in 1890.¹ She died in 1938.¹
      From 1890, her married name became d'Udekem d'Acoz.¹
