Captain Loftus Otway Bland1

     Captain Loftus Otway Bland was the son of Captain Neville Bland and Charlotte Smith.1 He married Sarah Foote, daughter of Samuel Foote, (she was a widow at the time of this marriage.)1 He died in 1810.1
     He fought in the Capture of the Liguria on 7 August 1798, as the Commanding Officer.1 He gained the rank of Post Captain in the Royal Navy.1
