     Peter Gladstone was born on 26 October 1928.1 He was the son of Charles Andrew Gladstone of Fasque and Balfour and Isla Margaret Crum.2 He married Jean Loveday Roy, daughter of Allan Roy, in 1972.1 He died on 25 July 2000 at age 71.1
     Peter Gladstone was educated at Eton College, Eton, Berkshire, England.3 He graduated from Christ Church College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, with a Master of Arts (M.A.).1 He was a master Shrewsbury at Shrewsbury School, Shrewsbury, Shropshire, England.1 He was a zoologist.1 He was invested as a Fellow, Institute of Design Engineers (F.I.D.E.).1
