     Lady Sophia Hay was the daughter of Francis Hay, 9th Earl of Erroll and Lady Elizabeth Douglas.1 She married John Gordon, 1st and last Viscount Melgum and Lord Aboyne, son of George Gordon, 1st Marquess of Huntly and Lady Henrietta Stuart, in 1626.1 She died circa 12 March 1642.2
     From 1626, her married name became Gordon.1

     Gilbert de la Haye, 3rd of Erroll is the son of David de la Haye, 2nd of Erroll and Ethna of Strathearn.2 He married Lady Idoine Comyn, daughter of William Comyn, Earl of Buchan and Margaret, Countess of Buchan.1
     He held the office of Sheriff of Perth.1 He held the office of a Regent of Scotland in 1255.1 He held the office of a Regent of Scotland in 1258.1

     Nicholas de la Haye, 4th of Erroll was the son of Gilbert de la Haye, 3rd of Erroll and Lady Idoine Comyn.2 He married Joan (?)1 He died circa September 1306.1
     He held the office of Sheriff of Perth.1 In 1296 he was forced to swear fealty to King Edward I.1 On 5 March 1303/4 at St. Andrews, Fife, ScotlandG, King Edward I summoned him as a Baron to Parliament.1

     Sir Gilbert de la Haye, 5th of Erroll was the son of Nicholas de la Haye, 4th of Erroll and Joan (?)2 He died in April 1333.1
     He supported King Robert I (The Bruce.)1 In 1309 King Robert I granted him the lands of Slains, Aberdeenshire.1 He fought in the Battle of Methven in 1314, against the English.1 He held the office of Scottish Ambassador to England after 1314, to negotiate truce after Bannockburn.1 He held the office of Great Constable of Scotland on 12 November 1314.1

     Nicholas de la Haye, younger of Erroll was the son of Sir Gilbert de la Haye, 5th of Erroll.2 He died in 1332, allegedly killed in action.1
     He gained the rank of Battle of Dupplin in 1332 in the against the invading English-backed King Edward Balliol.1

     Sir David de la Haye, 6th of Erroll was the son of Nicholas de la Haye, younger of Erroll.2 He married unknown daughter Keith, daughter of Sir John Keith of Innerpeffer.1 He died on 17 October 1346, killed in action.1
     He fought in the Battle of Neville's Cross on 17 October 1346.1
