     William de la Haye, 1st of Erroll married Eva (?).1 He died circa 1201.1
     William de la Haye, 1st of Erroll held the office of Butler of Scotland from 1153 to 1214.1 In 1174 he was a hostage for the Treaty of Falaise.1 Circa 1178 he was granted charter of the feudal Barony of Erroll in the Tay Estuary, Perthshire.1 He was Envoy to England in 1199.1

     She was a Celtic heiress of Pitmilly and possibly of other lands near the Tay Estuary.1 Her married name became de la Haye.

     David de la Haye, 2nd of Erroll was the son of William de la Haye, 1st of Erroll and Eva (?).2 He married Ethna Graham, daughter of Gilbert Graham, 3rd Earl of Strathearn.1 He died circa 27 April 1241.1
     On 17 September 1195 he had a charter for Erroll.1 He held the office of Sheriff of Forfar in 1214.1
