Sir Henry Mervyn1

     Sir Henry Mervyn was born in 1583 at Rogate, Sussex, England.2 He was the son of Edmund Mervyn and Anna Jephson.2 He married Christian Tuchet, daughter of George Tuchet, 1st Earl of Castlehaven and Lucy Mervyn. He died in 1646.2
     He lived at Petersfield, Hampshire, EnglandG.1 He held the office of Admiral of the Westwards in 1618.2 He held the office of Admiral of the Narrow Seas between 1619 and 1623.2

     Phoebe Hume was the daughter of George Hume, 1st Bt. and Mary Maynard.1,2 She married, firstly, Henry Blennerhassett, son of Sir Leonard Blennerhassett and Deborah Mervyn, in 1664.1 She married, secondly, Christopher Irvine in 1704.1 She died in 1710.1
     From 1664, her married name became Blennerhassett.1 From 1704, her married name became Irvine.1

     Frederick Astell Lushington was born on 1 November 1815.2 He is the son of Sir Henry Lushington, 2nd Bt. and Fanny Maria Lewis.2 He married Lady Margaret Julia Hay, daughter of William Hay, 17th Earl of Erroll and Hon. Harriet Somerville, on 23 September 1846.1 He died on 18 September 1892 at age 76.2
     He was with the Bengal Civil Service.2 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)2 He lived at Rosiere, Hampshire, England.2
