     Sir Baynham Throckmorton, 3rd Bt. held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Gloucestershire between 1656 and 1658.¹ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Wootton Bassett in 1660.¹ He was invested as a Knight on 28 May 1660 at Rochester, Kent, England.¹ He succeeded to the title of 3rd Baronet Throckmorton, of Tortworth, co.      Mary Garton was born circa 1633.¹ She was the daughter of Giles Garton.¹ She married Sir Baynham Throckmorton, 3rd Bt., son of Sir Baynham Throckmorton, 2nd Bt. and Margaret Hopton, before 1661.¹ She died on 2 April 1666, without male issue.¹ She was buried on 4 April 1666 at Newland, Gloucestershire, England.¹
     From before 1661, her married name became Throckmorton.¹

     Katharine Edgcumbe was born circa 1650.¹ She was the daughter of Piers Edgcumbe and Mary Glanville.¹ She married Sir Baynham Throckmorton, 3rd Bt., son of Sir Baynham Throckmorton, 2nd Bt. and Margaret Hopton, on 11 December 1669 at St. Dunstan's-in-the-West Church, London, England.¹ She died before 1685.¹ Her will was probated in 1685.¹
     From 11 December 1669, her married name became Throckmorton.¹

     Sir Nicholas Throckmorton was born after 1579.¹ He was the son of Sir William Throckmorton, 1st Bt. and Cicely Baynham.¹ He died in June 1664.¹
