     Audrey Marigold Morgan-Grenville is the daughter of Lt.-Col. Hon. Thomas George Breadalbane Morgan-Grenville and Georgina St. John Murphy.1,2 She married Edmund Oslac Ironside, 2nd Baron Ironside, son of Field Marshal William Edmund Ironside, 1st Baron Ironside and Mariot Ysobel Cheyne, on 29 April 1950.1
     From 29 April 1950, her married name became Ironside.1 As a result of her marriage, Audrey Marigold Morgan-Grenville was styled as Baroness Ironside on 23 September 1959.

     Lt.-Col. Hon. Thomas George Breadalbane Morgan-Grenville was born on 28 February 1891.2 He was the son of Major Luis Ferdinand Harry Courthorpe Morgan-Grenville and Mary Temple-Nugent-Brydges-Chandos-Grenville, Lady Kinloss.1,2 He married Georgina St. John Murphy, daughter of Albert St. John Murphy and Rose Davis, on 1 March 1916.1 He died on 10 January 1965 at age 73.1
     Lt.-Col. Hon. Thomas George Breadalbane Morgan-Grenville held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.).3 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.).3 He was invested as a Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.).3 He was decorated with the award of Companion, Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.).3 He was decorated with the award of Military Cross (M.C.).3 He fought in the First World War.1 He lived at Wootton House, Bedfordshire, England.1
