Lydia Elizabeth Hoare was born on 16 September 1786.2 She was the daughter of Henry Hoare and Lydia Henrietta Mallortie.1,2 She married Sir Thomas Dyke Acland, 6th Bt., son of Sir Thomas Dyke Acland, 5th Bt. and Henrietta Anne Hoare, on 7 April 1808 at Mitcham, Surrey, England.1,2 She died on 23 June 1856 at age 69.1,3

Lt.-Gen. Hon. Henry Edward Butler was born on 3 December 1780.1 He was the son of Henry Thomas Butler, 2nd Earl of Carrick and Sarah Taylor.2 He married, firstly, Jane Gowan, daughter of Clotworthy Gowan, on 6 January 1812.1 He married, secondly, Frances Mauleverer Toulson, daughter of John Parker Toulson, on 29 November 1836.1 He died on 7 December 1856 at age 76.1
