     Barbara Taylor was born circa 1762.1 She was the daughter of Samuel Taylor.1 She married Reverend George Vesey, son of John Vesey and Jane Hickman, in October 1789.1 She died on 19 December 1832.1
     From October 1789, her married name became Vesey.1

     Frances Vesey was the daughter of Reverend George Vesey and Barbara Taylor.1 She married Mervyn Stewart, son of Rt. Hon. Sir John Stewart, 1st Bt. and Mary Archdall, on 1 June 1822.1 She was also reported to have been married on 17 June 1822.2 She died on 19 April 1893 at Katikati, New Zealand.2,3
     From 1 June 1822, her married name became Stewart.1

Mervyn Stewart1

     Mervyn Stewart was born on 27 May 1794.2 He was the son of Rt. Hon. Sir John Stewart, 1st Bt. and Mary Archdall.3 He married Frances Vesey, daughter of Reverend George Vesey and Barbara Taylor, on 1 June 1822.1 He was also reported to have been married on 17 June 1822.2 He died on 13 September 1886 at age 92 at Katikati, New Zealand.2,4
     He gained the rank of Midshipman in the Royal Navy, on H.M.S Dreadnought and H.M.S. Temeraire.4 He was educated at Trinity College, Dublin University, Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland.4 He gained the rank of Cornet in the 21st Light Dragoons, at the Cape of Good Hope and in India.4 He held the office of High Sheriff of County Tyrone in 1830.2 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)2 He lived at Martray House, County Tyrone, IrelandG.1 He emigrated to Katikati, New Zealand, arriving on 1879.4
