     Sir John William Lubbock, 3rd Bt. was born on 26 March 1803.2 He was the son of Sir John William Lubbock, 2nd Bt. and Mary Entwisle.2 He married Harriet Hotham, daughter of Lt.-Col. George Hotham and Caroline Gee, on 29 June 1833.2 He died on 21 June 1865 at age 62.1
     Sir John William Lubbock, 3rd Bt. succeeded to the title of 3rd Baronet Lubbock [U.K., 1806] on 22 October 1840.2 He held the office of Vice-President of the Royal Society.3 He was a scientific author.2 He was a banker.1

     Sir Nevile Lubbock was born on 31 March 1839.1 He was the son of Sir John William Lubbock, 3rd Bt. and Harriet Hotham.1 He married, firstly, Harriet Charlotte Wood, daughter of Western Wood, on 18 June 1861.1 He married, secondly, Constance Ann Herschel, daughter of Sir John Frederick William Herschel, 1st Bt. and Lady Margaret Brodie Stewart, on 15 September 1881.2 He died on 12 September 1914 at age 75.
     Sir Nevile Lubbock was invested as a Knight Commander, Order of St. Michael and St. George (K.C.M.G.).1 He held the office of President of the West Indian Committee between 1909 and 1914.1
