     Clarence George Chatham Hampton was a freezing worker before 1939.3 Clarence served in the 2nd NZEF in 1939. He was captured, and held by the Germans in Stalag 11B..3 He was a car assembly plant worker for Geenral Motors after 1945 at Lower Hutt, New Zealand.3 He was a dairy owner after 1945 at Hornby, Canterbury, New Zealand.3
