     Mary Astley was born on 23 January 1822.1 She was the daughter of William Buckler Astley and Elizabeth Assheton-Smith.2,3 She married Robert George Duff, son of Garden Duff, 8th of Hatton and Louisa Dunbar, on 12 May 1847.2 She died on 4 October 1874 at age 52.2
     Her married name became Duff.

     George Robert Hay-Drummond, Viscount Dupplin was born on 27 May 1849.1 He was the son of George Hay-Drummond, 12th Earl of Kinnoull and Lady Emily Blanche Charlotte Somerset.1 He married Lady Agnes Cecil Emmeline Duff, daughter of James Duff, 5th Earl Fife and Lady Agnes Georgiana Elizabeth Hay, on 4 October 1871.2 He and Lady Agnes Cecil Emmeline Duff were divorced in 1876.2 He died on 10 March 1886 at age 36.1
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the 1st Life Guards.1 He was styled as Viscount Dupplin between 1866 and 1886.1

     Lady Ida Louisa Alice Duff was the daughter of James Duff, 5th Earl Fife and Lady Agnes Georgiana Elizabeth Hay.1 She married, firstly, Adrian Elias Hope, son of Adrian John Hope and Emilie Mélanie Mathilde Rapp, on 3 June 1867.1 She and Adrian Elias Hope were divorced in 1873.1 She married, secondly, William Wilson on 20 September 1880.1 She died on 29 May 1918.
     From 3 June 1867, her married name became Hope.1 From 20 September 1880, her married name became Wilson.1
