     Edwin Joseph Lisle March Phillipps de Lisle was born on 13 June 1852.² He was the son of Ambrose Lisle March Phillipps de Lisle and Laura Maria Clifford.² He married Agnes Henriette Ida Hope, daughter of Adrian Elias Hope and Lady Ida Louisa Alice Duff, on 28 August 1889.² He died on 5 May 1920 at age 67.²
     Edwin Joseph Lisle March Phillipps de Lisle held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Mid-Leicestershire between 1886 and 1892.² He was invested as a Fellow, Society of Antiquaries (F.S.A.).¹ He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Leicestershire.¹ He lived at Charnwood Lodge, Leicestershire, England.¹

     Agnes Henriette Ida Hope was the daughter of Adrian Elias Hope and Lady Ida Louisa Alice Duff.¹ She married Edwin Joseph Lisle March Phillipps de Lisle, son of Ambrose Lisle March Phillipps de Lisle and Laura Maria Clifford, on 28 August 1889.¹ She died on 15 July 1920.¹

     Major John Adrian Frederick March Phillipps de Lisle was educated at Beaumont College, Old Windsor, Berkshire, England.² He was educated at Downside School, Bath, Somerset, England.² He fought in the First World War.² He gained the rank of Major in the service of the Leicestershire Yeomanry.¹ He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Leicestershire in 1953.² He held the office of High Sheriff of Leicestershire in 1954.² He lived at Stockerston Hall, Leicestershire, England.¹

     Elizabeth Muriel Smyth Guinness was born on 20 January 1892.¹ She is the daughter of Robert Darley Guinness and Lydia Lucy Lyster Smyth.² She married Major John Adrian Frederick March Phillipps de Lisle, son of Edwin Joseph Lisle March Phillipps de Lisle and Agnes Henriette Ida Hope, on 12 July 1924.¹ She died on 30 March 1974 at age 82.¹
     Elizabeth Muriel Smyth Guinness was registered as a Associate, Royal Red Cross (A.R.R.C.) in 1919.³ Her married name became March Phillipps de Lisle. She lived in 1965 at Stockerston Hall, Uppingham, Leicestershire, England.³

     Everard John Robert March Phillipps de Lisle was born on 8 June 1930.² He was the son of Major John Adrian Frederick March Phillipps de Lisle and Elizabeth Muriel Smyth Guinness.¹ He married Hon. Mary Rose Peake, daughter of Osbert Peake, 1st Viscount Ingleby and Lady Joan Rachel de Vere Capell, on 2 April 1959.² He died on 30 April 2003 at age 72, killed in a motor accident.²
     Everard John Robert March Phillipps de Lisle was educated at Eton College, Eton, Berkshire, England.² He was educated at Royal Military Academy, Sandhurst, Berkshire, England.² He was Adjutant of the Household Cavalry Regiment between 1955 and 1958.² He gained the rank of Major in 1962 in the service of the Royal Horse Guards.² He was a stockbroker.² He held the office of High Sheriff of Leicestershire in 1974.² He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Leicestershire in 1980.² He held the office of Vice-Lord-Lieutenant of Leicestershire between 1990 and 2003.²

     Hon. Mary Rose Peake was born on 23 April 1940. She is the daughter of Osbert Peake, 1st Viscount Ingleby and Lady Joan Rachel de Vere Capell.¹ She married Everard John Robert March Phillipps de Lisle, son of Major John Adrian Frederick March Phillipps de Lisle and Elizabeth Muriel Smyth Guinness, on 2 April 1959.²
     Her married name became March Phillipps de Lisle. She lived in 2003 at Stockerston Hall, Uppingham, Leicestershire, England.²

     Charles Andrew Everard March Phillipps de Lisle was born on 18 August 1960. He is the son of Everard John Robert March Phillipps de Lisle and Hon. Mary Rose Peake. He married Sharon Rachel J. Davis, daughter of Eric Davis.¹

     Timothy March Phillipps de Lisle was born on 25 June 1962. He is the son of Everard John Robert March Phillipps de Lisle and Hon. Mary Rose Peake.

     Reginald George de Vere Capell, 9th Earl of Essex was born on 9 October 1906.¹ He was the son of Algernon George de Vere Capell, 8th Earl of Essex and Mary Eveline Stewart Freeman.² He married, firstly, Mary Reeve Ward, daughter of F. Gibson Ward, on 2 March 1937.¹ He and Mary Reeve Ward were divorced in 1957.¹ He married, secondly, Nona Isobel Miller, daughter of David Wilson Miller, on 14 November 1957.¹ He died on 18 May 1981 at age 74, without issue.¹
     Reginald George de Vere Capell, 9th Earl of Essex was educated at Eton College, Eton, Berkshire, England.¹ He graduated from Magdalene College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England, in 1928 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.).¹ He was decorated with the award of Territorial Decoration (T.D.).¹ He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in 1947.¹ He was commanding officer of the 16th Airborne Division Signals Regiment (Territorial Army) in 1948.¹ He gained the rank of Honorary Colonel in the service of the 47 Signals Regiment, Middlesex Yeomanry (Territorial Army).¹ He succeeded to the title of 10th Baron Capell of Hadham, co. Hereford [E., 1641] on 8 December 1966.¹ He succeeded to the title of 9th Viscount Malden, co. Essex [E., 1661] on 8 December 1966.¹ He succeeded to the title of 9th Earl of Essex [E., 1661] on 8 December 1966.¹

     James Radclyffe, 3rd Earl of Derwentwater was born on 28 June 1689 at London, England. He was the son of Edward Ratcliffe, 2nd Earl of Derwentwater and Mary Tudor. He married Anna Maria Webb, daughter of Sir John Webb, 3rd Bt., on 10 July 1712. He died on 24 February 1716 at age 26 at Tower Hill, The City, London, England, beheaded.
