Colonel Arthur George Bayley1

     Colonel Arthur George Bayley was born on 5 July 1878.2 He is the son of Kennett Bayley and Louisa Jane Bowling.2 He married Katherine May Frederica Fortescue, daughter of Colonel Francis Alexander Fortescue and Mary Teresa Jenkinson, on 20 November 1923.1 He died on 1 March 1949 at age 70.2
     He fought in the Boer War between 1899 and 1902.2 He fought in the First World War, and he was mentioned in despatches.2 He was awarded the Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.) in 1916.2 He was appointed Commander, Order of the British Empire (C.B.E.) in 1919.2 He gained the rank of Colonel in the General Staff.2 He fought in the North-West Frontier in 1930.2 He gained the rank of Colonel in the Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire Light Infantry.2

Major Hugh Charles Fortescue1

     Major Hugh Charles Fortescue was born on 7 July 1860.1 He was the son of Francis Fortescue and Katherine Frederica Ellice.2 He married Minnie Anne Duncan, daughter of Peter Duncan, in 1892.1 He died on 12 October 1937 at age 77.1
     He gained the rank of Temporary Major in 1916.1 He gained the rank of Major and Honorary Lieutenant-Colonel in the 4th Battalion, Oxford Light Infantry.1

     Minnie Anne Duncan was the daughter of Peter Duncan.2 She married Major Hugh Charles Fortescue, son of Francis Fortescue and Katherine Frederica Ellice, in 1892.1 She died in 1908, without issue.1
     From 1892, her married name became Fortescue.

     Frederick Thomas Clifton Crump was the son of Thomas Crump.1 He married Laline Isolda Craufurd, daughter of Sir Charles William Frederick Craufurd, 4th Bt. and Hon. Isolda Caroline Vereker, on 2 June 1923.1 He died on 24 April 1944.1
