     Frances Julia Peters was born circa 1805.2 She married, firstly, Felix Thomas Tollemache, son of Sir William Talmash, Lord Huntingtower and Catherine Rebecca Grey, on 27 April 1833 at St. George Hanover Square, London, England.1 She married, secondly, Admiral John Pakenham in 1845.3 She died in 1894 at Cannes, Frances.2
     From 27 April 1833, her married name became Tollemache.1 From 1845, her married name became Pakenham.3
