     Susanna Meares Moran is the daughter of Francis Moran.² She married Stanley Lees Giffard, son of John Giffard and Sarah Morton, in 1814.¹
     From 1814, her married name became Giffard.

     John Walter de Longueville Giffard was born in 1817.¹ He was the son of Stanley Lees Giffard and Susanna Meares Moran.² He married Emilie Scott, daughter of D. B. Scott.¹ He died on 23 October 1888.¹
     John Walter de Longueville Giffard graduated from Master of Arts (M.A.).¹ He was admitted to Inner Temple in 1843 entitled to practice as a barrister.¹ He held the office of Judge of the County Courts.¹

     
     D. B. Scott lived at Ingham, Norfolk, England.¹

     Emilie Scott was the daughter of D. B. Scott.² She married John Walter de Longueville Giffard, son of Stanley Lees Giffard and Susanna Meares Moran.¹ She died on 28 March 1909.¹
     Her married name became Giffard.

     Hardinge Frank Giffard was born in 1860.¹ He was the son of John Walter de Longueville Giffard and Emilie Scott.² He married Evelyn Alice Chambers, daughter of Sydney Chambers, on 19 June 1900.¹ He died on 11 October 1908.¹
     Hardinge Frank Giffard was a practising barrister.¹ He graduated from Merton College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, with a Master of Arts (M.A.).¹ He was Secretary to the Commisioners in Lunacy between 1895 and 1900.¹ He was invested as a Fellow, Society of Antiquaries (F.S.A.).¹ He was Private Secretary to the Lord Chancellor.¹ He held the office of Commissioner in Lunacy between 1900 and 1908.¹

     
     Sydney Chambers lived at Crete Hill, Nutfield, Surrey, England.¹

     Evelyn Alice Chambers is the daughter of Sydney Chambers.² She married Hardinge Frank Giffard, son of John Walter de Longueville Giffard and Emilie Scott, on 19 June 1900.¹
     From 19 June 1900, her married name became Giffard.

     Commander Roger Granville Giffard was born on 23 May 1905.¹ He was the son of Hardinge Frank Giffard and Evelyn Alice Chambers.² He married Phyllis Ellershaw, daughter of Brig.-Gen. Wilfred Ellershaw and Catherine Ingles, on 30 January 1936.¹ He died on 16 February 1982 at age 76, without issue.¹
     Commander Roger Granville Giffard gained the rank of Commander in the service of the Royal Navy.¹

     Brig.-Gen. Wilfred Ellershaw was the son of Reverend John Ellershaw.² He married Catherine Ingles, daughter of Rear-Admiral John Ingles and Catherine Sophia Glennie, on 22 June 1899.² He died on 5 June 1916, drowned in the sinking of H.M.S. Hampshire off Scapa Flow.²
     Brig.-Gen. Wilfred Ellershaw gained the rank of Brigadier-General in the service of the Royal Artillery.¹ He fought in the First World War.² He was Aide-de-Camp to Lord Kitchener.²
