     Major Kuntu-kai-Dorai John Campbell Glover was born on 5 March 1803 at Barnstaple, Devon, England.1 He was the son of Lieutenant Philip Glover and Launce Campbell.1 He died on 15 July 1848 at age 45 at Highfield, Lymington, Hampshire, England, unmarried.1
     Major Kuntu-kai-Dorai John Campbell Glover gained the rank of Major in the service of the 13th Regiment, Madras Army.1
