     Magdalen Breadalbane Pringle was the daughter of Sir John Pringle of Stichill, 5th Bt. and Lady Elizabeth Maitland Campbell.2 She married, firstly, Alexander Anderson on 9 July 1863.1 She married, secondly, Sir Robert Bateson Harvey, 1st Bt., son of Robert Harvey and Jane Jemima Collins, on 21 January 1874.1 She died on 28 April 1913.1
      From 9 July 1863, her married name became Anderson.1 From 21 January 1874, her married name became Harvey.1

     Sir Norman Pringle of Stichill, 6th Bt. was born on 22 July 1787.1 He was the son of Sir James Pringle of Stichill, 4th Bt. and Elizabeth Macleod.2 He married Anne Steuart, daughter of Robert Steuart of Alderston, on 17 January 1826.1 He died on 18 April 1870 at age 82.1
     He gained the rank of Major in the service of the 21st Regiment Northern British Fusiliers.1 He was Consul to Stockholm and Dunkirk.1 He succeeded to the title of 6th Baronet Pringle, of Stichill [N.S., 1683] on 15 June 1869.1
