Sir Luke Bath, 1st Bt. was the son of James Bath.1 He married Cicely Dowdall, daughter of Nicholas Dowdall and Jane Aylmer.1 He died in 1674.1 He died intestate and his estate was administered on 22 June 1698.1

Robert Harvey was born illegitimately on 1 February 1791.1 He was the son of Sir Robert Bateson-Harvey, 1st Bt..1 He married Jane Jemima Collins, daughter of John Raw Collins.
Robert Harvey lived at Langley, Buckinghamshire, England.2 In 1825 he inherited Langley Park from his natural father.1 He held the office of Sheriff of Buckinghamshire in 1828.1
