     Robert Munro of Foulis was the son of Hector Munro of Foulis and Margaret Macleod of Lewis.2 He married Margaret Dunbar, daughter of Sir Alexander Dunbar of Westfield and Isobel Sutherland.1 He died on 8 September 1547, killed in action.1
     Robert Munro of Foulis fought in the Battle of Pinkie on 8 September 1547.1

     Sir Alexander Dunbar of Westfield was born illegitimately.3 He was the son of James Dunbar, 4th Earl of Moray and Isobel of Innes.2,3 A contract for the marriage of Sir Alexander Dunbar of Westfield and Isobel Sutherland was signed on 3 January 1451/52.3 He died on 10 March 1497/98.3
     Sir Alexander Dunbar of Westfield held the office of Hereditary Sheriff of Moray.3 He inherited the lands of Carnoustie, Cluny and others from his father.3 He lived before 1450 at Westfield, Morayshire, Scotland.3
