     Sir Thomas Hildebrand Preston, 6th Bt. was born on 2 June 1886.¹ He is the son of William Thomas Preston and Alice Mary Stevens.² He married Ella Henrietta von Shickandantz, daughter of Friedrich von Shickandantz, on 3 October 1913.¹ He died in 1976.¹

     Gertrude Frances Crofts Preston is the daughter of William Thomas Preston and Alice Mary Stevens.² She married Bertie Bowman Barton, son of Bowman Barton, on 9 December 1909.¹
