     Clotworthy Rowley was born in 1731.1 He was the son of Admiral Sir William Rowley and Arabella Dawson.2 He married Letitia Campbell, daughter of Samuel Campbell, in 1766.1 He died in 1805.1
     Clotworthy Rowley was a practising barrister.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Downpatrick.1

     Letitia Campbell was the daughter of Samuel Campbell.2 She married Clotworthy Rowley, son of Admiral Sir William Rowley and Arabella Dawson, in 1766.1 She died in 1776.1
     From 1766, her married name became Rowley.

     William Rowley was the son of Clotworthy Rowley and Letitia Campbell.2 He died in 1811, unmarried.1
     William Rowley held the office of Recorder of Kinsale.1 He was Commissioner of Customs at Kinsale, County Cork, Ireland.1

     Admiral Sir Josias Rowley, 1st and last Bt. was the son of Clotworthy Rowley and Letitia Campbell.2 He died on 10 January 1842, unmarried.1
     Admiral Sir Josias Rowley, 1st and last Bt. was invested as a Knight Grand Cross, Order of St. Michael and St. George (G.C.M.G.).1 He gained the rank of Admiral.1 He was invested as a Knight Grand Cross, Order of the Bath (G.C.B.).1 He was created 1st Baronet Rowley [U.K.] on 2 November 1813.1 On his death, his baronetcy became extinct.1

     Rear-Admiral Samuel Campbell Rowley was born on 19 January 1774.1 He was the son of Clotworthy Rowley and Letitia Campbell.2 He married, firstly, Mary Thompson, daughter of unknown Thompson.1 He married, secondly, Mary Cronin, daughter of Edmund Cronin, on 4 November 1830.1 He died, without issue.1
     Rear-Admiral Samuel Campbell Rowley gained the rank of Rear-Admiral of the White.1
