     Henry Edward Ripley was born on 6 January 1884.1 He was the son of Henry Ripley and Emma Alice Seton.2 He married, firstly, Violet Miller, daughter of G. Turner Miller, on 16 July 1912.1 He and Violet Miller were divorced in 1937.1 He married, secondly, Doreen Walters, daughter of Daniel Walters, on 19 July 1944.3 He died on 29 December 1949 at age 65.1
     Henry Edward Ripley gained the rank of Lieutenant in the service of the Royal Army Service Corps.1

     Dorothy Alice Seton Ripley was the daughter of Henry Ripley and Emma Alice Seton.2 She married Sebastien Gourevitch on 16 September 1914.1 She and Sebastien Gourevitch were divorced in 1920.1 She died on 2 April 1959, without issue.1
     From 16 September 1914, her married name became Gourevitch. On 1920 her name was legally changed to Dorothy Alice Seton Saye by Deed Poll.1
