     Caroline Eales was the daughter of Richard Eales.2 She married Sir William Williams, 1st Bt., son of John Williams and Catherine Harvey, on 26 September 1826.1 She died on 17 February 1886.1
     With three other daughters (died young or unmarried).1 From 26 September 1826, her married name became Williams.

     Lt.-Col. Richard Michael Williams was born on 18 December 1830.1 He was the son of Sir William Williams, 1st Bt. and Caroline Eales.2 He married Georgiana Sophia Phillpotts, daughter of Reverend Thomas Phillpotts, on 19 January 1858.1 He died on 25 December 1867 at age 37.1
     Lt.-Col. Richard Michael Williams gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the service of the 3rd Hussars.1

     William Phillpotts Williams was born on 9 August 1860.1 He was the son of Lt.-Col. Richard Michael Williams and Georgiana Sophia Phillpotts.2 He married Edith Bonella Simpson, daughter of Reverend James Harvey Simpson, on 8 August 1901.1 He died on 29 August 1916 at age 56.1
     William Phillpotts Williams gained the rank of Captain in the service of the 2nd Brigade, West Division, Royal Artillery.1
