     Hugh Thomas Dyke Acland was born on 7 March 1940.¹ He is the son of Colin Dyke Acland and Sybil Marjorie Warner.¹ He married Fredericka Scott Hutton, daughter of George Arthur Hutton and Constance Agnes Meikle, on 3 November 1965.¹
     He was educated at Christ's College, Christchurch, New Zealand.¹ He graduated from Lincoln College, Lincoln, Canterbury, New Zealand, in 1964 with a Bachelor of Agricultural Science (B.Ag.Sc.).¹ He lived in 1999.¹

     Mary Ann Warner Acland was born on 23 October 1936.¹ She is the daughter of Colin Dyke Acland and Sybil Marjorie Warner.¹ She married, firstly, Josef Maria Baukes on 12 May 1964.¹ She and Josef Maria Baukes were divorced in 1968.¹ She married, secondly, Christopher John Hindmarsh in 1970.¹
      From 12 May 1964, her married name became Baukes.¹ From 1970, her married name became Hindmarsh.¹

     Michael Dyke Acland was born on 26 March 1911.¹ He was the son of Sir Hugh Thomas Dyke Acland and Evelyn Mary Evans.¹ He married Elizabet Vibert McArthur, daughter of Henry de Courcy McArthur, on 15 June 1946.¹ He died on 8 January 1994 at age 82.¹
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the service of the New Zealand Artillery.¹ He fought in the Second World War.¹

     Elizabet Vibert McArthur is the daughter of Henry de Courcy McArthur.¹ She married Michael Dyke Acland, son of Sir Hugh Thomas Dyke Acland and Evelyn Mary Evans, on 15 June 1946.¹
