Sir Albert Edward Delavel Astley, 21st Lord Hastings and Lady Marguerite Helen Nevill.1 He married Lady Joan Patricia Quirk Wavell, daughter of Field Marshal Archibald Percival Wavell, 1st Earl Wavell, on 27 January 1943.1 He died on 16 March 1946 at age 26 at Quetta, Baluchistan, Pakistan, following a motor accident.1
