     Desmond FitzGerald Underwood was the son of Charles Frederick Weston Underwood.1 He married Pamela Richenda Cubitt Montgomery-Cuninghame, daughter of Sir Thomas Andrew Alexander Montgomery-Cuninghame of Corsehill, 10th Bt. and Alice Frances Denison Des Voeux, on 20 June 1942.1 He died on 1 November 1968.1
