     Major Paulyn Francis Cuthbert Rawdon-Hastings was born on 21 October 1856.1 He was the son of Charles Frederick Abney-Hastings, 1st Baron Donington and Edith Maud Rawdon-Hastings, 10th Countess of Loudoun.1 He married Lady Maud Grimston, daughter of James Walter Grimston, 2nd Earl of Verulam and Elizabeth Joanna Weyland, on 20 December 1881.1 He died on 19 October 1907 at age 50.1
     He was given the name of Paulyn Francis Cuthbert Abney-Hastings at birth.1 On 1887 Major Paulyn Francis Cuthbert Rawdon-Hastings title's name changed to Paulyn Francis Cuthbert Rawdon-Hastings by Royal Licence.1

     Lady Maud Grimston was born circa 1857. She was the daughter of James Walter Grimston, 2nd Earl of Verulam and Elizabeth Joanna Weyland.1,2 She married Major Paulyn Francis Cuthbert Rawdon-Hastings, son of Charles Frederick Abney-Hastings, 1st Baron Donington and Edith Maud Rawdon-Hastings, 10th Countess of Loudoun, on 20 December 1881.1 She died on 3 September 1929.1
     Her married name became Rawdon-Hastings.

     John Wynford Philipps, 1st Viscount Saint Davids was born on 30 May 1860 at Warminster, Wiltshire, EnglandG.1 He was the son of Reverend Sir James Erasmus Philipps, 12th Bt. and Hon. Mary Margaret Best.1 He married, firstly, Nora Gerstenberg, daughter of Isidor Gerstenberg and Fanny Alice Bauer, on 14 February 1888.1 He married, secondly, Lady Elizabeth Frances Abney-Hastings, daughter of Major Paulyn Francis Cuthbert Rawdon-Hastings and Lady Maud Grimston, on 27 April 1916.2 He died on 28 March 1938 at age 77.1
