     Sir Edward Wingfield was the son of Sir John Wingfield and Elizabeth FitzLewis.1 He married Margaret Wentworth.2 He died, without issue.1
     He was appointed Knight in 1485 at Granada, Spain.1

     Joanna Mary Trench was born on 5 April 1937.1 She was the daughter of Geoffrey FitzLouis Trench and Olive Muriel Constance.1 She married Timothy Francis Cox, son of Major Henry Francis Cox, on 11 April 1959.1 She died in 2002.2
     From 11 April 1959, her married name became Cox.1

     Sir Richard Wingfield was born in 1468.2 He was the son of Sir John Wingfield and Elizabeth FitzLewis.3 He married, secondly, Bridget Wiltshire, daughter of Sir John Wiltshire.4 He married, firstly, Katherine Woodville, daughter of Richard Wydevill, 1st Earl Rivers and Jacquetta de Luxembourg.2 He died on 22 July 1525 at Toeldo, SpainG.2,1,4
     He was admitted to Gray's Inn.4 He was educated at Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England.4 He was educated at Ferrara University, Ferrara, Italy.4 In 1497 he helped suppress the Cornish rebels.4 He held the office of Esquire of the Body to King Henry VII in 1500.4 He held the office of Marshal to Calais between 1511 and 1513.4 He was appointed Knight before 14 November 1511.4 He was envoy to arrange the Holy League between Castile and Arangon, England, the Holy Roman Empire the Papacy and Savoy against France from 1512 to 1513.4 He held the office of Knight-Marshal to Calais in April 1513.4 He held the office of Lieutenant of Calais between July 1513 and 1520, jointly.4 He held the office of Ambassador to France in 1520.4 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)4 He held the office of Ambassador to the Holy Roman Empire in 1521.4 He was appointed Knight, Order of the Garter (K.G.) in 1523.1 He held the office of Chancellor of the Duchy of LAncaster in 1524.4 He held the office of High Steward of Cambridge University in 1524.4 He lived at Kimbolton Castle, Huntingdonshire, EnglandG.1 He had two other sons and four daughters.4
