     Admiral James O'Brien, 3rd Marquess of Thomond was born circa 1768. He was the son of Edward O'Bryen and Mary Carrick. He married, firstly, Eliza Bridgeman Willyams, daughter of James Willyams and Anne Champion, on 25 November 1800 at Truro, Cornwall, England. He married, secondly, Jane Ottley, daughter of Thomas Ottley and Grace Johnson Byam, in 1806 at Clarke's Hill, Antigua. He married, thirdly, Anne Flint, daughter of William Flint and Anne Mill, on 5 January 1847.1 He died on 3 July 1855. He was buried on 10 July 1855 at St. Saviour's, Walcot, England.
     Admiral James O'Brien, 3rd Marquess of Thomond gained the title of 3rd Marquess of Thomond. He gained the rank of Admiral in the service of the Royal Navy.
     The marquessate became extinct on his death.

     Sir Edward O'Brien, 4th Bt. was born on 17 April 1773. He was the son of Rt. Hon. Sir Lucius O'Brien, 3rd Bt. and Anne French. He married Charlotte Smith, daughter of William Smith, on 12 November 1799. He died on 13 March 1837 at age 63.
     Sir Edward O'Brien, 4th Bt. gained the title of 4th Baronet O'Brien.

     Rt. Hon. Sir Lucius O'Brien, 3rd Bt. was born on 2 September 1731. He was the son of Sir Edward O'Brien, 2nd Bt. and Mary Hickman. He married Anne French, daughter of Robert French, on 26 May 1768. He died on 15 January 1795 at age 63.
     Rt. Hon. Sir Lucius O'Brien, 3rd Bt. gained the title of 3rd Baronet O'Brien.

     Sir Edward O'Brien, 2nd Bt. was born on 7 April 1705. He was the son of Lucius O'Brien and Catherine Keightly. He married Mary Hickman, daughter of Hugh Hickman, in 1726. He died on 26 November 1765 at age 60.

     Sir Donough O'Brien, 1st Bt. was the son of Conor O'Brien and Mary McMahon. He married, firstly, Lucia Hamilton, daughter of Hon. Sir George Hamilton, 1st Bt., on 24 July 1674. He married, secondly, Elizabeth Deane, daughter of Major Joseph Deane, on 23 July 1677.
     Sir Donough O'Brien, 1st Bt. gained the title of 1st Baronet O'Brien, of Lemeneagh and Dromoland, co. Clare.
