Thomas Baring was born on 7 September 1799.1 He was the son of Sir Thomas Baring, 2nd Bt. and Mary Ursula Sealy.1 He died on 18 November 1873 at age 74 at Fontmell Lodge, Bournemouth, Hampshire, England.1
