Francis Henry Baring was born on 22 July 1850.1 He was the son of Sir Francis Thornhill Baring, 1st Baron Northbrook and Lady Arabella Georgina Howard.1 He married Lady Grace Elizabeth Boyle, daughter of Sir Richard Edmund St. Lawrence Boyle, 9th Earl of the County of Cork and Lady Emily Charlotte de Burgh, on 13 February 1878.1 He died on 7 March 1915 at age 64.1
     Hon. Francis Henry Baring held the office of High Sheriff of Surrey in 1888.1

Francis Henry Baring and Lady Grace Elizabeth Boyle.2 He married, firstly, Evelyn Gladys Isabella Charles, daughter of John George Charles and Lady Edith Hester Browne, on 30 April 1914.1 He married, secondly, Constance Maude Griffin, daughter of Frank Griffin, on 1 December 1941.3 He died on 15 December 1947 at age 65.3
