     Frances Anne Violetta Darwin was the daughter of Erasmus Darwin.1 She married Samuel Tertius Galton, son of Samuel John Galton and Lucy Barclay, on 30 March 1807.1 She died on 12 February 1874.1
     From 30 March 1807, her married name became Galton.1

     Erasmus Darwin was invested as a Fellow, Royal Society (F.R.S.).1 He graduated with a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.).1

     Sir Francis Galton was born on 16 February 1822.1 He was the son of Samuel Tertius Galton and Frances Anne Violetta Darwin.1 He died on 17 January 1911 at age 88, without issue.1

     Theodore Howard Galton was born on 2 October 1820.1 He was the son of John Howard Galton and Isabella Strutt.1 He married Frances Amelia Arthur, daughter of Lt.-Gen. Rt. Hon. Sir George Arthur, 1st Bt. and Eliza Ord Ussher Smith, on 23 April 1853.1 He died on 28 February 1881 at age 60.1
