     Captain St. John Halford Coventry was born on 29 May 1866.2 He was the son of Commander St. John Coventry and Mary Elizabeth Todd.2 He married Lilian Emmeline Russell, daughter of George Russell and Lady Charlotte Isabella Innes-Ker, on 5 November 1895.1 He died on 9 June 1920 at age 54.1
     Captain St. John Halford Coventry gained the rank of Captain in the service of the Grenadier Guards.2 He lived at The Knoll, Dorset, England.1 He lived at Henbury Manor, Dorset, England.1

     Lilian Emmeline Russell was born on 23 June 1874.1 She was the daughter of George Russell and Lady Charlotte Isabella Innes-Ker.1 She married, firstly, Captain St. John Halford Coventry, son of Commander St. John Coventry and Mary Elizabeth Todd, on 5 November 1895.1 She married, secondly, Charles Edwin Allen, son of Edwin Allen, on 30 May 1922.1 She died on 27 October 1948 at age 74.1
     From 5 November 1895, her married name became Coventry. From 30 May 1922, her married name became Allen.
