     Sir Michael Henry Lakin, 1st Bt. was born on 7 October 1846.2 He was the son of Henry Lakin and Rebecca Mary Greaves.3 He married Alice Emma Dewing, daughter of David Dewing, on 1 July 1869.2 He died on 21 March 1931 at age 84.2
     He was Justice of the Peace (J.P.).2 He was Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.).2 He gained the title of 1st Baronet Lakin. He was Chartered Accountant (C.A.) Warwicks, High Sheriff in 1899.2 On 22 July 1909 so created.2

     Colonel Sir Charles John Oswald FitzGerald was the son of General James FitzGerald.1 He married Lady Alice FitzGerald, daughter of Charles William FitzGerald, 4th Duke of Leinster and Lady Caroline Leveson-Gower, on 2 May 1882.1 He died on 28 February 1912.1
     He gained the rank of Colonel in the service of the Indian Army.1 He was invested as a Knight Commander, Order of the Bath (K.C.B.).1
