Sir Edward Denny, 4th Bt. was born on 2 October 1796.1 He was the son of Sir Edward Denny, 3rd Bt. and Elizabeth Day.2 He died on 13 June 1889 at age 92, unmarried.1
Sir Edward Denny, 4th Bt. held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Tralee between 1818 and 1819.1 He held the office of High Sheriff of County Kerry in 1827.1 He succeeded to the title of 4th Baronet Denny, of Castle Moyle, co. Kerry [I., 1782] on 1 August 1831.1
