     Cléonice Gamble was born circa 1884.2 She was the daughter of Major George Francis Gamble.3 She married Maj.-Gen. Sir William James Norman Cooke-Collis, son of Lt.-Col. William Cooke-Collis and Catherine Maria Oliphant, on 30 January 1906.1 She died on 29 December 1967.1
     From 30 January 1906, her married name became Cooke-Collis.

     Major Charles Patrick Russell Bowen-Colthurst was born on 25 February 1913.1 He was the son of Captain Robert Macgregor Bowen-Colthurst and Winifred Susan Bartholomew West.2 He married Susan Hermione Bevan, daughter of Maurice Bevan and Joan Ponsonby, on 9 June 1948.1 He died in April 1998 at age 85 at Colchester, Essex, England.3
     He was educated at Harrow School, Harrow, London, EnglandG.1 He graduated from Magdalene College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, EnglandG, in 1935 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)1 He fought in the Second World War.1 He was appointed Member, Order of the British Empire (M.B.E.) in 1945.1 He gained the rank of Major in the Scots Guards.1 He lived in 1976 at Stable House, Berechurch Hall, Colchester, Essex, EnglandG.1
