     Sebastian Stewart Dickinson was born on 25 March 1815.1 He was the son of General Thomas Dickinson and Catherine Deane.2 He married Frances Stephana Hyett, daughter of William Henry Hyett, on 15 May 1856.1 He died on 24 August 1878 at age 63.1
     Sebastian Stewart Dickinson held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Stroud.1 He lived at Brown's Hill, Stroud, Gloucestershire, England.1
