     Hon. Ann Patricia Macpherson was born on 14 February 1919.1 She was the daughter of James Ian Macpherson, 1st Baron Strathcarron and Jill Rhodes.2 She married Sir Denys Colquhoun Flowerdew Lowson, 1st Bt. on 17 July 1936.1 She died on 23 March 2003 at age 84.1
     From 17 July 1936, her married name became Lowson. She was invested as a Officer, Most Venerable Order of the Hospital of St John of Jerusalem (O.St.J.).1
