     Major Thomas FitzHerbert Butler-Stoney was born on 11 May 1920.1 He was the son of Major Richard Brooke Butler-Stoney and Isabel Beatrice FitzHerbert.1 He died on 27 March 1943 at age 22 at North Africa, killed in action.1
     Major Thomas FitzHerbert Butler-Stoney was decorated with the Military Cross (M.C.).1 He fought in the Second World War.1 He gained the rank of Major in the service of the Royal Artillery.1
