Very Rev. William Jephson1

     Very Rev. William Jephson was born circa 1655.2 He was the son of Colonel John Jephson and Bridget Boyle.2 He married Anne Barry, daughter of Redmond Barry.3 He died on 11 April 1720.2
     He graduated from Trinity College, Dublin University, Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland, in 1678 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)2 He held the office of Canon of St. Patrick's Cathedral, Dublin between 1680 and 1684.2 He graduated from Trinity College, Dublin University, Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland, in 1683 with a Master of Arts (M.A.)2 He held the office of Dean of Kilmore between 1692 and 1720.1

     Anne Barry was the daughter of Redmond Barry.2 She married, secondly, Very Rev. William Jephson, son of Colonel John Jephson and Bridget Boyle.1 She married, firstly, Captain Samuel Hartwell, son of William Hartwell.2
     Her married name became Hartwell. Her married name became Jephson.

William O'Brien, 2nd Marquess of Thomond1

     William O'Brien, 2nd Marquess of Thomond was born circa 1765.1 He was the son of Edward O'Brien and Mary Carrick.2 He married Elizabeth Trotter, daughter of Thomas Trotter and Susanna Gorges, on 16 September 1799.1 He died on 21 August 1846 at Taplow House, Buckinghamshire, EnglandG.1 He was buried at Taplow, Buckinghamshire, EnglandG.
     He gained the rank of Captain in 1795 in the 14th Light Dragoons.1 He succeeded as the 6th Baron O'Brien of Burren, co. Clare [I., 1634] on 10 February 1808.1 He succeeded as the 6th Earl of Inchiquin [I., 1634] on 10 February 1808.1 He succeeded as the 11th Baron of Inchiquin [I., 1543] on 10 February 1808.1 He succeeded as the 2nd Marquess of Thomond [I., 1800] on 10 February 1808.1 He was appointed Privy Counsellor (P.C.) [Ireland] in 1809.1 He was appointed Knight, Order of St. Patrick (K.P.) in 1809.1 He was appointed Representative Peer [Ireland] between 1816 and 1846.1 He was created 1st Baron Tadcaster, of Tadcsater, co. York [U.K.] on 3 July 1826.1

     Elizabeth Trotter was born circa 1775. She was the daughter of Thomas Trotter and Susanna Gorges.2 She married William O'Brien, 2nd Marquess of Thomond, son of Edward O'Brien and Mary Carrick, on 16 September 1799.1 She died on 3 March 1852.1
     Her married name became O'Brien. After her marriage, Elizabeth Trotter was styled as Marchioness of Thomond on 10 February 1808.
