     Evelyn Sherbrooke Crane was the daughter of Charles Anrold Crane.² She married, firstly, Sir Stanley Tubbs, 1st Bt. before 1944.¹ She married, secondly, Sir Alan Algernon Marion Durand, 3rd Bt., son of Colonel Sir Edward Law Durand, 1st Bt. and Maude Ellen Heber-Percy, on 6 June 1944.¹ She died on 23 June 1984.¹
     She held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Gloucestershire in 1942.¹ From before 1944, her married name became Tubbs.¹ From 6 June 1944, her married name became Durand. She was invested as a Commander, Order of the British Empire (C.B.E.) in 1955.¹

     Walter Francis Rice was born on 12 April 1872.¹ He was the son of Lt.-Col. Cecil Rice and Frances Anne Napier.¹ He died on 21 March 1941 at age 68, unmarried.¹

     Elizabeth Pamela Marion Durand was born on 12 March 1932.¹ She is the daughter of Lt.-Cdr. Mortimer Henry Marion Durand and Beatrice Garvan-Sheridan.² She married Major George Naismith Bowden, son of Lt.-Col. G. T. Bowden, on 31 August 1957.¹
      From 31 August 1957, her married name became Bowden. She adopted Veronica Mary Patricia Bowden.¹ She adopted Alexander Dickon Naismith.¹ She lived in 2003 at Wellands Barn, Uffculme, Devon, England.¹

     Lt.-Col. G. T. Bowden lived at Winsham, Somerset, England.¹ He was decorated with the award of the Military Cross (M.C.).¹
