     Frances Caroline Peel is the daughter of George Arthur Peel and Ellen McDowell. She married Maurice Whippy Garrard, son of B. W. Garrard, on 26 October 1921. She married Harold Gascoyne Glazebrook Brooke Joynson, son of Harold Mead Joynson, on 4 February 1935.
     Her married name became Garrard. Her married name became Joynson.

S. Bigland, in 1970.1 She and Timothy Scott Bigland were divorced in 1983.1 She married, secondly, Major Richard Hugh Chaytor Vaux, son of G/Captain Hugh Manford Vaux, in 1984.1
     From 1970, her married name became Bigland. From 1984, her married name became Vaux.

     Lt.-Col. Cecil Rice was the son of Edward Royd Rice and Elizabeth Knight.2 He married Lady Matilda Horatia Seymour, daughter of Admiral Sir George Francis Seymour and Georgiana Mary Berkeley, on 22 September 1886.1 He died on 6 May 1917.1
     Lt.-Col. Cecil Rice gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the service of the 72nd Highlanders.1 He lived at Kingscote House, Sussex, England.1
