     Lady Elizabeth Manners was the daughter of John Manners, 4th Earl of Rutland and Elizabeth Charlton. She married Emmanuel Scrope, 1st Earl of Sunderland, son of Thomas Scrope, 10th Lord Scrope of Bolton and Philadelphia Carey. She died circa March 1653/54. She was buried on 16 March 1653/54.
      Her married name became Scrope.

     Sir Thomas Hare, 1st Bt. was the son of Thomas Leigh and Anne Clavering.1 He married, firstly, Mary Geary, daughter of Admiral Sir Francis Geary, 1st Bt. and Mary Bartholomew, on 30 March 1779.1 He married, secondly, Hon. Anne Elizabeth Graves, daughter of Rear-Admiral Thomas Graves, 1st Lord Graves, Baron of Gravesend and Elizabeth Williams, on 15 January 1803.1 He died on 12 February 1834.1
     He was given the name of Thomas Leigh at birth.1 He was created 1st Baronet Hare, of Stow Bardolph, Norfolk [U.K.] on 14 December 1818.1
