     Captain Gilbert Wadham Younghusband was born in 1918 at Kensington, London, England.2 He was the son of Leigh Norman Younghusband and Adeline Mary Cotton Cooke.1,2 He married Diana Doris Chenevix Trench, daughter of Ivor Chenevix Trench and Doris May Gaskell, on 2 July 1947.1 He died on 16 December 1982 at Toronto, Ontario, Canada.2
     Captain Gilbert Wadham Younghusband gained the rank of Captain in the service of the Royal Horse Guards (Blues).1 He adopted Antony Mark Younghusband. He lived at Pickering, Ontario, Canada.1

     Leigh Norman Younghusband was born on 19 August 1892 at Napier, New Zealand.2 He was the son of John Younghusband and Edith Mildred Wood.2 He married Adeline Mary Cotton Cooke, daughter of Paulin Cotton Cooke, in 1917.2 He died on 16 March 1963 at age 70 at London, England.2
     Leigh Norman Younghusband was educated between 1905 and 1912 at Wanganui Collegiate School, Wanganui, New Zealand.2 He gained the rank of Major in the service of the Royal Artillery.2 He fought in the First World War.2 He was decorated with the award of Military Cross (M.C.).2 He lived at Brookfield, Horton, Buckinghamshire, England.1
