     Ernestine White was the daughter of Ernest White.2 She married Commander Frederick Elton, son of Frederick Bayard Elton and Caroline Elizabeth d'Alberdyhill, Baroness d'Alberdyhill, on 29 July 1893.1 She died on 9 January 1951.1
     From 29 July 1893, her married name became Elton.

     Frederick Ernest Bayard Elton was born on 30 January 1895.1 He was the son of Commander Frederick Elton and Ernestine White.2 He married, firstly, Dorothy Greet, daughter of Admiral Thomas Young Greet, on 16 June 1914.1 He and Dorothy Greet were divorced in 1925.1 He married, secondly, Vera Ida Goldie, daughter of Hugh Goldie, in 1925.1 He married, thirdly, Katherine Mary Hackett, daughter of Arthur Hamilton Hackett, in 1939.1 He and Vera Ida Goldie were divorced in 1932.1 He died in 1976.1
     Frederick Ernest Bayard Elton was educated at Radley College, Abingdon, Hampshire, England.1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the service of the 3rd Battalion, Welsh Regiment (SR).1
