Nicholas Leke, 2nd Earl of Scarsdale1

     Nicholas Leke, 2nd Earl of Scarsdale was born on 1 October 1612.1 He was the son of Francis Leke, 1st Earl of Scarsdale and Anne Cary.1 He married Lady Frances Rich, daughter of Robert Rich, 2nd Earl of Warwick.1 He died on 27 January 1681 at age 68.1
     He succeeded as the 2nd Baron Deincourt, of Sutton, co. Derby [E., 1624] on 9 April 1665.1 He succeeded as the 2nd Earl of Scarsdale [E., 1645] on 9 April 1665.1 He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Leke, of Sutton, co. Derby [E., 1611] on 9 April 1665.1

Sir David Monro of Allan1

     Sir David Monro of Allan married Louisa Jane Pelly, daughter of Charles Pelly and Julia Henrietta Dobbs, on 18 November 1865.1 He died on 9 January 1909.1
     He gained the rank of Captain in the Madras Native Infantry.1

     From 4 October 1844, her married name became Pelly.
