     Raymond Pelly was born on 28 April 1810.1 He was the son of Sir John Henry Pelly, 1st Bt. and Emma Boulton.2 He married Louisa Fry, daughter of Joseph Fry, on 10 June 1835.1 He died on 21 June 1886 at age 76.1
     Raymond Pelly held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.).1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.).1 He lived at Hollington House, Sussex, England.1
